Hay Suga was founded in 2020 right in the heart of San Pedro, CA. What started as a passion project quickly turned into a full-blown love story with sugaring—and the confidence it brings to every client who walks through our doors. After falling in love with the art of sugaring and seeing the real, skin-loving results it gave her clients, Haylie set out to create a space that was fast, natural, and above all—welcoming. Sugaring is a gentle hair removal method made from just sugar, lemon, and water. It’s better for your skin than waxing, longer-lasting than shaving, and helps reduce irritation and ingrowns over time. At Hay Suga, we’re known for our quick and precise Brazilian services, excellent client care, and warm energy that makes you feel like you’ve known us forever. Whether you’re new to sugaring or a seasoned regular, we’ve got you—and your smooth skin—covered.
CANCELLATION POLICY
*All appointments will require a deposit in order to book. If booking online it will request your card on file. If booking through text or dms, a text will be sent with a link on where to send the deposit to. *All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. A new deposit will have to be sent for any rescheduling. *If we discussed saving a deposit, you have one week from that day to reschedule, otherwise a new deposit is required. *Arriving 6 minutes or more late will require rescheduling and a new deposit will have to be sent. *No-shows and no-calls will be charged the full price of their scheduled services. New appointments can only be made once the remaining balance for the previous appointment, plus a new deposit, is paid. *If your hair isn’t long enough (less than 2 1/2-3 weeks of hair growth) during your appointment, the deposit is forfeited and a new one must be sent. *Appointments scheduled for an hour or longer will automatically include a 15% gratuity. *Cancellations made within an hour of your appointment time will be treated as a no-show. You will be charged half of the remaining service balance, and a new deposit will have to be sent.
